Beginning in 2010, I decided to take control of my weight and make a change.
Over the course of the year, I dropped 30 pounds from 350 on January 1 to 320 on December 31. I had accomplished as much before and knew I could do better.
From January 1 to December 31, 2011, I dropped to 233 and have been hovering between that and 250 ever since.
