My last goal weight update was weigh (see what I did there…?) back in July of 2011. Since then I have hovered within the same 25lbs.

In January, I started boot camp with some friends from church (shout out, SouthField!) and the pounds started to come off again. Yesterday morning, I weighed in at 224.8. Under the 225 I needed to post a new picture.

I’ve been taking a picture every 25 lbs lost, so this will be the last weight related picture in the series. I may lose more, but will not go below 200. Now it’s time to maintain this loss and start building strength.
