Forget Motivation


Tonight I was reading through Tyler’s 344 Pounds blog and came upon this quote:

Push through all the boredom, the pain, and the nagging thoughts in your head working against you telling you to stay in bed where it’s nice, warm, and safe.

Go out and break your old habits and make new ones. Forget about motivation.

This applies to so many areas in life on top of health and fitness.

Forget the cute sayings, sappy posters and fridge magnets.

Get out there and make a change. Get moving toward your goals. Just do what you know you can do.
